Parts of Scotland are expected to experience 25-35 mm of rain within 24 hours in lower-lying areas, potentially reaching 40-60 mm within 24 hours in higher regions. The most severe conditions are anticipated in elevated areas of eastern Scotland, where 100-150 mm of rain is over 3 days, bringing a risk of flooding.
