Scattered showers will develop in the late morning inland, perhaps turning heavy and thundery in parts of East England. These thunderstorms will likely be short-lived and sporadic. Hail showers are also possible within the heaviest showers as well.
A severe weather risk has also been issued for parts of western coasts as a band of heavy rain will bring risks of gusty wind in places.
