Storm Babet is expected to form and will bring heavy rain bands to northern and eastern areas. These rain bands will be accompanied by strong winds, with gusts reaching speeds of 45-55 mph inland, and possibly 60-70 mph in elevated terrain and along exposed coastal regions as indicated by the yellow warning.
