Storm Isha is expected to form and will bring strong gusts and heavy rain to southern parts of England and Wales. Widespread gusts are expected to reach 55-65 mph inland, perhaps reaching 70 mph locally. 70-80 mph gusts are also possible across western parts of the British Isles. There is a chance of gusts reaching 80-90 mph across northern and western parts of Scotland, mainly across higher ground and coasts.
