Dense freezing fog is expected to develop widely, starting from Monday night to Tuesday morning. Visibility is expected to fall below 150 metres at times, with some rural areas might fall below 100 metres. These freezing fog patches may lead to some untreated surfaces becoming icy. Some of the freezing fog patches in the West Midlands, Southwest England, and Wales might take longer to clear, perhaps keeping temperatures near sub-zero for the whole day.
