Scattered showers will develop in the late morning inland, perhaps turning heavy and thundery in parts of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Western England. These thunderstorms will likely be short-lived and sporadic. Hail showers are also possible within the heaviest showers as well. According to the latest models, the most likely area of convective will be across parts of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Hence a high-ended low-risk has been issued for these areas.
